15 Minutes with Booboo

15 MINUTES WITH BOOBOO FEATURING "THE BLUEPRINT" MATT MORGAN

TNAwrestling.com is happy to have Booboo Stewart as a regular contributor on the website. Booboo is one of the most popular young stars in Hollywood, and appears in the "Twilight: Eclipse" movie. Booboo will be conducting interviews with the TNA Superstars right here on the TNA website.

Hello TNA Wrestling fans! Since interviewing Jeff Hardy last month, I have been crazy busy getting ready for the release of Twilight Eclipse. I have been traveling the world and even released a new song on iTunes that me and Fivel did called “Rainy Day”. This past Thursday was the big Hollywood red carpet premier of Twilight Eclipse and I even got a surprise phone call from Jeff Hardy to congratulate me on the big day! It was awesome.

Now tonight (Tuesday, June 29), well really, tomorrow morning at 12:01AM is the nationwide release of Twilight Eclipse. I will be on Lopez Tonight tonight and earlier today, I had the chance to interview “The Blueprint” Matt Morgan, the DNA of TNA. Check it out!

Boo: I read you are acting now--do you want to pursue that?

Matt: I definitely want to pursue acting, yes. However, I’m still on stride to be hitting my prime as a pro wrestler and I put way too much time and energy and sacrifices in to not see my wrestling career through until I am the top dog at TNA. I am The Blueprint of wrestling and the DNA of TNA. However, part of being the top dog in TNA is gaining our company its much deserved mainstream respect. Luckily, I do enjoy acting, I’m good at it, and ill continue to pursue acting on my off days from TNA to garner that mainstream media attention that TNA’s top dog could only get.

Boo: You recently filmed an episode of “The Good Guys” for FOX. How was that experience?

Matt: Ridiculously fun. Although, I got to admit there is a new found respect I have for actors and the patients that’s involved with pulling 12-16 hour days straight. For instance, one of my fight scenes was filmed in Dallas, TX with 118 degree heat index and I had to wear a prison jump suit and Hannibal lector mask for all 12 of those hours. 3 of us that were doing fight scene had nurses on site that kept feeding us Pedialyte to make sure we were hydrated enough as we were starting to get dehydrated and dizzy and were only minutes away from blacking out. But for me, that was a definitive test to know whether or not acting is something I want to pursue. And the fact that I didn’t flick everyone off and fly back home to Orlando, for me, was a testament that this is what I want to do with my future. The best part of filming “The Good Guys” for me was how complimentary Bradley Whitford, Colin Hanks, and my director were of my acting skills. Out of just this role, I’ve been told there will be many more acting opportunities for me in the future so I am very excited. Make sure to check it out. It is set to premier on Monday Night, August 2 on FOX at 9PM ET. What else would you do on a Monday night? There is nothing better on TV on Mondays nights then anyways.

Fansite Friday interviews BooBoo Stewart

Q: I just wanted to ask you a quick question about your stunt work in Eclipse. Can you tell us a little bit about whether you did stunt work and if so what types of stunts?

BooBoo: You know I can’t really say too much about like if I did stunt work on the film. But hopefully in the future ones I’ll get to fight more as a human. That’d be awesome, you know?

Q: Seth and Leah are pretty close in the Twilight Saga, did you and Julia do anything special to bond before filming since you’re (characters) brother and sister?

BooBoo: You know we didn’t really bond before filming. We actually didn’t have a chance to. When I got on set she was super nice and we rode with each other on the way to set actually. She’s a really, really cool person and she’s a really nice girl. And I’ve actually seen her since, she’s still exactly the same – really nice.

Q: In the movie and books, he (Seth) looks up to Jacob a lot as his mentor. You being one of the newer members of the wolf pack on the film, did you have any actor in real life on the set that you looked up to?

BooBoo: No, I think it’s amazing being involved with that caliber of actors. They’re just so amazing and everyone on set was extremely nice. From the moment I got there, they all introduced themselves to me and in-between the takes Kristen came over and introduced herself to me and she was really nice. Just really amazing people to work with and I had a great time.

Q: Have you at all seen any concept art or anything for your wolf CG form yet for the film?

BooBoo: Oooh, seen any concept or art for my wolf for the film? Not yet. (laughs) But I would love to, I mean that would be awesome.

Q: You talked briefly about bonding with Julia, and since you guys were kind of the new kids on the block in this film; did it take some time for you to bond with the rest of the cast? And how did that go for you?

Boo: Oh not at all. When I was doing my scene everyone was just so cool and you just felt at home when you got there. Everyone was just really nice. Kristen and Taylor were especially really nice to me and you know it was just really cool. Just being on set makes me feel happy and, like, you know – yeah going to do a movie and seeing it all come together, and get it on the big screen, and it just feels good.

Q: If you can’t talk about stunt work, I know that you and Taylor have martial arts experience/ background together and I was wondering if you guys ever just kind of hit the dojo together after shooting for fun?

BooBoo: Actually, not while we were shooting, but one time I was doing a … what was it… a photo shoot for a magazine called Kono Magazine and he was there and that’s when he got done doing the first Twilight; and we got to see each other and hang out and do some flips on the mat and stuff, so there we did.

Q: Can you tell us what the fans should expect from Seth?

BooBoo: Oooh, what fans should expect from Seth… I think exactly what you read in the book. I’m working really hard to play the role exactly how you guys are reading it in the book and I think you guys are going to enjoy it. I hope so. (laughs) If not, then that’s bad!

Q: We’ve heard a lot about just crazy fan experiences from other cast members and now that you’re kind of new to all of this have you experienced anything yet? Are you kind of freaked out about it?

BooBoo: I think it’s incredible. The fans of Twilight are the best things about Twilight I think. If it wasn’t for the fans it wouldn’t be this big, and I think that’s so awesome so thank you so much for watching the movies and showing up at the premieres, and showing up at events. I think it’s so awesome now, people really enjoy it. That’s great, I love it.

Q: What was your best memory from filming Eclipse?

BooBoo: My best memory was when I was sitting there on a log actually, and I look over to my right and David Slade, the director, was doing Karate or something behind the scenes, acting like he was beating the camera up; like Russian dance moves. (laughs) It was just hilarious.

Q: What scene are you most looking forward to seeing in the final version of Eclipse?

BooBoo: What scene I’m looking forward to seeing? I’m actually looking forward to seeing the whole movie. I’m really looking forward to seeing the movie. And thank you Twilight Moms you guys are awesome, my Mom’s friends are Twilight Moms. When they heard I had an audition they were like “Oh my gosh!” That’s awesome, thank you.

Q: Can you tell us about your most challenging scene to film? Like if it involved stunt work or was it more emotional, or just something that was kind of challenging for you?

BooBoo: Challenging was actually getting in better shape for the role for Seth. And I still go to the gym and I’m still keeping in shape. But I put on about, like, 10 or 15 pounds since then, from the filming; but my Mom’s a personal trainer. She really helped me get in better shape for the film. That’s the most challenging thing. And watching what you eat, at Kraft Services because the M&Ms looked really good.

Reelz Channel Interview

Reelz Channel had an Exclusive interview with our one and only, Booboo Stewart.

TNA Wrestling Interview

Booboo and Fivel's TNA Wrestling interview with Jeff Hardy! It is now on TNAwrestling. com. But for you guys I will post this interview here, on teamstewartlove. ♥ Here it is:

15 MINUTES WITH BOOBOO FEATURING "THE CHARISMATIC ENIGMA" JEFF HARDY

TNAwrestling.com is happy to have Booboo Stewart as a regular contributor! Booboo is one of the most popular young stars in Hollywood, and appears in the upcoming "Twilight: Eclipse" movie saga hitting theaters in June. Booboo will be conducting interviews with the TNA Superstars right here on the TNA website.

booboo2Welcome back TNA Wrestling fans for a new interview I had the chance to do this past week. The last time I had the opportunity to interview someone it was Kurt Angle, right before TNA began the road to the Lockdown PPV. Now, that has past and many new faces have popped up in TNA including one of my all time favorites, Jeff Hardy!!! Check it out!

Boo: Hi Jeff! Not sure if you remember, but I met you a few years ago in an airport. You were great; you walked all the way to my gate with me so my mom could take a pic for me. I hate flying--do you mind it?

Hardy: Hi Booboo. Cool name! Traveling gets old when you’re flying everyday and the truth is travel is almost as rough as the wrestling is when you are on a fulltime schedule. It definitely wears you down, but it’s a must to get to the shows, so I really don’t mind it, I don’t have much of a choice haha. And as far as taking the time to take a picture with you, I love my fans and my theory is we are all human and just have a different job so I always go out of my way to support the people that appreciate what I do. Without my fans, I wouldn’t be where I am today. Thank you.

Boo: With that said, do you consider yourself a role model?

Hardy: Definitely, yes. I know I am. I never forget where I came from to get where I am today and that’s a huge important thing. Don’t ever forget where you started. Always consider yourself human and remain down to earth. And treat your fans with the respect they deserve and you’ll get all that back in the long run.

Boo: Who was your first pro wresting match against--did you win?

Hardy: My first TV match was against Scott Hall. I was only 16 years old, like you are now, and it was a pretty special time for me. And no, I did not win. I actually started wrestling around a few years prior in Omega when I was around 14 in my backyard. Back in those Omega days, I was known as Willow The Wisp. I would love to see my alternative personality show up in TNA one day.

Boo: What’s your favorite wrestling move?

Hardy: I would have to say the Swanton Bomb because its my finisher. I actually modified the name from Senton Bomb to Swanton Bomb. It have done it since the beginning of my career and its great that everyone is accepting. It’s also won me the World Heavyweight Championship so it works!

Boo: What’s your favorite type of match?

Hardy: The Tables, Ladders and Chairs Match (more commonly referred to as a TLC Match). This is my favorite by far because that is my comfort zone; I feel at home.

Boo: With all of the crazy moves you do and different types of matches you have been in, what’s the worse injury you have had in wrestling?

Hardy: In wrestling, it was ironically involving my favorite move and favorite type of match. The first time I did a Swanton Bomb off of a ladder through a table in a TLC match onto Brother Ray from Team 3D, I bruised both my heels and cracked my tail bone. Thankfully, that’s probably the worst injury I have sustained. I have been very luck.

Boo: I’ve been a fan for years and I see you use a bunch of different types of weapons in the ring --what's your favorite?

Hardy: It seems like I keep going back to them, but the steel chair, ladders and tables. And recently, at Lockdown last month in St. Louis, the kendo stick was pretty fun to use to destroy Beer Money.

Boo: With all of that said, what’s your favorite match you have had?

Hardy: Overall, it would have to be at WrestleMania X-Seven in Houston. It was the second TLC Match and it’s the one where Edge speared me when I was hanging from the belt hook above the ring. In TNA, it was definitely Monster’s Ball from the first ever Bound for Glory in 2005. It was me, Abyss, Rhino and Sabu. Both of those matches were matches with stipulations. If you want to know about my favorite regular match of all time, it was at Great American Bash 2008 against Umaga.

Boo: I know you have a band. What type of music do you guys play?

Hardy: I haven’t come up with a name for the specific type of music yet. Sometimes I refer to my poetry as “emoetry”…written emotion, but to best describe it, it’s a combination of alternative rock and grunge metal. My band is called Peroxwhy?gen and you can check us out at http://www.myspace.com/peroxwhygenrocks.

Boo: What instrument do you play and when did you start playing?

Hardy: Truth is, I don’t really play any instrument well. I’m still learning guitar. I have become very good at making my own beats with drum machines and Korg Triton keyboard. My main talent is writing lyrics.

Boo: You have been doing motocross since you were younger than me--any cool stories?

Hardy: Yes, definitely. A good one was from the second race in my life. I was still novice. I almost pulled the holeshot out of 40 riders, but after the first turn, I hit a drop off and went sideways and ate it and snapped my collar bone in half. This created a huge pile up. It’s the only bone I’ve broken in my career which is weird considering I am a pro wrestler.

Boo: I hear you are an artist--what type of art --painting, sculpting?

Hardy: Painting more than anything now. I do make allumininumis. They are sort of like sculpting, made with plastic bottles, duck tape and a chrome foil tape.

Boo: I know you have a lot of tattoos. Do they have special meaning?

Hardy: No not really. I’m just a fan of tattoos in general. If I had to pick one, I would say The Hardy Boyz symbol on the back on my neck has the most meaning because I designed it. It’s a symbol of my brother Matt and my careers and I got it the night my mobile home burnt down so it has extra special meaning.

Boo: How does it feel to be a part of TNA?

Hardy: This is my second time around and it feels amazing. Thankfully, I had a good run up at the other company and got to become World Heavyweight Champion 3 times before coming back. That really helped completed a dream of mine to be that champion. Now, I have one more goal and that is to be TNA World Heavyweight Champion to complete my collection.

Boo: If you could pick anyone--who would be your tag team partner?

Hardy: I have had a lot of success with my brother Matt as we have won many tag team championships together, but if you are asking about someone I haven’t teamed with, without question, Hulk Hogan. He is a legend - the legend - and it would be a dream.

Boo: What would be your dream match?

Hardy: It would be “The Charismatic Enigma” Jeff Hardy against “The Icon” Sting in a paint vs. paint match. I’m talking about the crow version (current) Sting. It has never happened before, but never say never.

Boo: Also, we do a thing called “Five with Fivel” where my sister throws 5 random topics at you to see what your thoughts are. I know she has a few good ones--so here you go.

Twilight – vegetarian vampires.
Lady Gaga – bad romance.
UFC – bloodshed.
Screamer Rock Music – I hate it if I can’t understand the lyrics.
Chocolate – Willy Wonka

Boo: Before we go, do you have anything else you would like to say to the fans?

Hardy: Yes. Pro wrestling to me is an art form and it’s a physical soap opera and a great mix between theatre and Hollywood movies and all that combined is what this profession is. I think I stand out so much because I offer more than a lot of other guys (into painting, motocross, music, etc.) This really helps me stand out. I believe it is sometimes easy to fit in, but hard to stand out. Follow your dreams and utilize your talents.

Boo: Thanks! You are definitely one of the most talented wrestlers alive-it’s been a privilege.

Hardy: Thank you Booboo. And by the way I hear you are quite the musician. Maybe one day in the future we can do a song together.

Boo: You name the time -- let’s do it! Take care.

The best way to keep up with Booboo is to follow him on twitter at twitter.com/mammarazzi1.

Stay tuned for my next interview coming soon and be sure to watch TNA iMPACT! on Thursday Nights at 9 PM ET/PT on Spike TV. I know I will be!
